Practitioners of all levels and trainings are welcome to attend.

Day 1 AcuCore Levels:
Balance Method prerequisite: AcuCore Local and Global Balance or prior knowledge of the following Balance Method concepts: Acupuncture 1,2,3, Dr. Tan’s 6 systems, Image and Mirror principles, Matrix Analysis, Global Balance, Dr. Tan’s 4 meridian balance patterns for internal disorders.

Day 2 AcuAdvance Levels:
Balance Method prerequisite: Some discussions may include the following advanced concepts : Meridian Conversion / Dr. Tan’s Strategy of 12 Magical Points / Seasonal Balance / Dr. Tan’s 5 Elements

 

 

Onsite AcuWorkshop

The AcuWorkshop is for students who want to build on their Balance Method logic and master the essential concepts presented at a Si Yuan training. It is an interactive class with teaching, clinical case discussions, and time for questions. The emphasis is on the step-by-step analysis behind the logic: the choice of treatment strategies that would best fit each patient.

Each training is unique ! The program and flow of each class is customized to attendees and therefore contents may vary.

Morning Program: 9h00 – 13h00

• Practice your Acupuncture 1, 2, 3 logic on numerous clinical cases from Si Yuan teachers and other participants. You are welcome to submit your own case !
• Master the logic in choosing the most appropriate treatment strategies in real-life scenarios from basic (day 1) to advance (day2)  Balance Method concepts.
• Understand why and how to mix several strategies and to apply different aspects of the Balance Method in one treatment.
• Discuss and resolve any blockages your may have encountered in your clinic!

Afternoon Program: 14h15 – 17h00

• Observe real treatment demonstrations or bring patients for treatments and find alternative strategies!
• Learn to customize your needling technique to each patient’s condition.
• Practice the needling of special points or points commonly known as difficult to needle
• Improve your skills with hands-on practice in small groups under guidance.
• Interact and discuss with colleagues and teachers and expand your repertoire of treatment strategies.
• Gain confidence in your Balance Method logic and needling technique. You will witness the change in your patients !
